This curry kit is made by hand in Fife in Scotland using fresh authentic ingredients. Each kit will feed between 4 and 6 people. All you need to add is one tin of coconut milk and your choice of chicken or vegetables. Just follow the 3 simple steps detailed on the packaging

Each kit contains 200g of handmade, authentic Thai curry paste as well as 13g of dried aromatic herbs, spices and seasoning.

Shallots, roasted peanuts, palm sugar, tamarind, light soy sauce, toasted desiccated coconut, peanut paste, dark soy sauce, fresh garlic, coriander, kaffir lime leaf.

Cayenne pepper, paprika, white pepper, coriander, cumin, black pepper, cloves, red chilli, fenugreek, mustard, turmeric

Michelle Logan was a ski instructor with nothing to do in the summer except travel and eat. Returning home from Asia, she discovered that authentic curries weren’t available so she enrolled at the Edinburgh Newtown cookery school and a few months later launched Spice Girl. to achieve such authentic flavours. Our curry kits are still handmade in small batches using as many fresh ingredients as possible .
