This Massaman Curry Kit takes the pain away, providing convenience and incredible authentic Thai flavours. The ideal gift for foodies or a unique stocking filler idea. The Thai paste included is also vegan which is an added bonus.
Thai Massaman Curry (also known as Gaeng Massaman) is a popular traditional dish native to the southern region of Thailand. It's a rich and creamy curry full of delicious, aromatic spices and traditionally made with beef, coconut milk, peanuts and potatoes. This kit will make a curry that is medium in heat.
This Thai curry kit includes the massaman curry paste and aromatic spices along with cooking instructions. Stick to tradition and slow cook with beef or mix it up and use it with chicken, duck or vegetables.

This curry kit is made by hand in Fife in Scotland using fresh authentic ingredients. Each kit will feed between 4 and 6 people. All you need to add is a tin of coconut milk and your choice of meat or vegetables. Just follow the 3 simple steps detailed on the packaging.
Each kit contains 200g of handmade, authentic Thai curry paste as well as 20g of dried aromatic herbs, spices and seasoning as well as easy instructions for crafting your perfect curry

Cumin, coriander, nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper, red chillis, cardamom, cloves

Spice Girl Story
Michelle Logan was a ski instructor with nothing to do in the summer except travel and eat. Returning home from Asia, she discovered that authentic curries weren’t available so she enrolled at the Edinburgh Newtown cookery school and a few months later launched Spice Girl. to achieve such authentic flavours. Our curry kits are still handmade in small batches using as many fresh ingredients as possible .

Our workshop will be closed between 25th-29th December. Orders placed over this time will be processed on 30th December. Please note that there is an additional bank holiday in Scotland on 2nd January so no orders will be dispatched that day.
