Using our Madras masala, you can whip up a homemade curry in around 30 minutes.  Healthy, delicious and a fraction of the cost of a takeaway.  We love this blend in place of ordering a takeaway.   You can use the vegetables you prefer, adjust the heat to suit your family and freeze any leftovers for another meal.  All of these recipes can be cooked on the hob, in the oven or in a slow cooker.  Check out our slow cooker top tips

Chicken Madras

Use chicken breasts or skinless thighs.  

Lamb Madras

Absolutely delicious!  Make the day ahead if you can.  Add potatoes to make this recipe go further.

Beef Madras

Slow cook the day before if possible  We like to add in extra vegetables such as carrots or add some spinach right at the end.

Vegetable Madras

One of our most searched recipes!  We like to make a big batch of this vegetarian curry and freeze.
