This healthy smoothie is delicious for breakfast or as a mid-morning snack.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon sweet spice
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup or algave syrup
  • Ice, 4 - 6 cubes
