Granola Recipe
Super easy, homemade granola. Use your oven or air fryer to roast and toast all these yummy ingredients. Delicious with yoghurt for breakfast. Or try our porridge recipe here.

Method: Oven / Air Fryer
Ingredients
5 tablespoons of coconut oil
400g oats
4 tsps of Spice Pots Sweet Spice Blend
4 tbsp of maple syrup
40g coconut flakes
60g mixed nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans)
60g mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
Oven Method
- Heat the oven to 180.
- Put the coconut oil in a baking tray and put in the oven, just to melt. Once melted remove and add the maple syrup and mix. Then add in the rest of the ingredients, mix well and bake in the oven for around 8 minutes.
- Once completely cooled, decant into an airtight container.
- Serve with nut, oat or hemp milk or with yoghurt. Yum!
Air Fryer Method
- Set your air fryer to 'roast'
- Coat all the ingredients in the oil and syrup
- Roast for 6 - 8 minutes, stirring frequently
- Once completely cooled, decant into an airtight container.
- Serve with nut, oat or hemp milk or with yoghurt. Yum!
