These easy and delicious vegetarian barbeque recipe ideas are a great alternative to meat and not a vegan sausage or a meat-free burger in sight!

BBQ Grilled Spiced Cauliflower

Grilled vegetables release an amazing flavour, so tasty! Seasoned thick slices of cauliflower, charred on the barbeque and then finished off in tinfoil.  Serve with our refreshing carrot salad and our mint and coriander raita on the side (use a dairy free alternative to yoghurt).

Vegetable Kebabs with Satay Sauce

A simple marinade make these summer grilled vegetables super tasty but the best bit is the satay sauce over the top!   All very easy and very delicious.  

Homemade Veggie Burgers

These homemade veggie burgers recipe makes a large amount, so a great way to batch cook and freeze for another time.  We like to serve our homemade veggie burgers in rolls, topped with our carrot salad.  Yum!

    Homemade veggie burgers are ideal for our family who are not keen meat eaters. Also the fact that they can be cooked and frozen makes them ideal for a family coming in at different times.
